Ex-Soldiers: State ‘Allowed’ 1982 Coup

Soldiers who were sacked after the 1982 coup now claim the government allowed the coup to justify disbandment of the Air Force. The over 1000 soldiers’ claim this makes them victims of the coup and not suspects hence they appealed to the TJRC to look into the matter.
