Telkom Kenya Sued in Sh1.5bn Land Sale Row

Aftraco Limited has taken Telkom Kenya to court for allegedly trying to cancel a Sh1.5 billion land transaction. The company when to court seeking to stop Telkom from cancelling the transaction saying that Telkom cannot withdraw from its obligations and sell the land to a third party. The 79-acre land parcel is situated in a prime location on Ngong Road.
