80 New Constituencies may not Feature in Poll

Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo has raised fears that the 80 new constituencies to be created by next year April may not be considered in the 2012 polls. The minister has advisd the cabinet that there are constitutional technicalities that could block the new electoral units from being considered during the next elections.
