Ghaii Says Polls should Held in Early 2013

Prof. Yash Pal Ghai says the next general elections should be held in 2013 since transitional clauses of the constitution state that the current parliament shall live to its full term. He however said he preferred elections in August next year but said if they are held in August, MPs will continue receiving their salaries until January 2013.
