Amending Constitution is in Bad Faith and will have Repercussions for Kenya
David Aduda argues that the motive behind the Constitution amendment Bill is to extend the term of parliament and circumvent tackling the cause for poor women representation in parliament. These proposed amendments set a bad precedence as they show the government is ready to change the law whenever it is in a difficult situation.
