CIC has been invited by the Supreme Court to appear before it today to discuss when their case seeking intepretation of the election date should be heard. Also invited to appear before the court registrar is the IIEC seeking its advisory opinion on the same issue. The two cases were first heard by the Court of Appeal but the Supreme Court was formed before the case was determined.
