160 Magistrates to be Employed
CJ Willy Mutunga has created five new directorates in the Judiciary and announced plans to hire legal researchers for judges. The JSC on its part is seeking to recruit 160 resident magistrates to be posted to various courts. These are among the new reforms the judiciary is embracing.
