Women Say No to Mutula Bill

FIDA and CREAW have opposed the proposed change off the election date from August to December. They want Mutula to withdraw the Bill and also to separate the Bill into one dealing with elections and another on the two thirds principle. They said ,merging the Bills is a move to scuttle the realization of the two thirds principle.
